About Session
This workshop demonstrates how changing our understanding of collaboration vs. partnerships can dramatically change the efficacy of our impact on work groups, boards, task forces, and committees. The workshop will provide tangible skills through the FACTA method and move from broader spectrum concepts to specific best practices when working collaboratively based on years of experience in achieving collective impact.
