Registration
Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, the Sexual Violence Center is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships for direct services advocates to attend the Building Bridges Conference 2024 on November 20, 2024, at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, MN. We recognize that direct service staff in domestic and sexual violence organizations often face barriers to accessing learning and professional development opportunities, such as attending conferences. This scholarship is designed to help those individuals benefit from this valuable experience.

Eligibility: This scholarship is intended for direct service advocates who provide frontline support to survivors of sexual violence and are not in leadership or management roles.
Scholarship Covers:
- Conference registration fee
- Continental breakfast, beverages, and lunch during the conference
Scholarship Does Not Cover:
- Travel and lodging expenses
Application Requirements: Please complete the form to apply for the scholarship. All fields are required.
Submission Deadline: Please submit your application by Friday, November 1, 2024. Scholarship recipients will be notified via email by Friday, November 8, 2024.
We are excited to offer limited exhibitor spaces for the Building Bridges Conference 2024 hosted by the Sexual Violence Center. Exhibiting at this event allows you to build relationships with key decision-makers and contribute to a network that strengthens survivor support.
Space is limited, and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will be notified within 7 business days and provided with a specialized registration link to secure your space.

Exhibitor Package:
We are offering one exhibitor package for $250, which includes:
- One 6-foot exhibitor table.
- Two exhibitor badges (includes continental breakfast, beverages, and lunch).
- Organization name and logo listed in the conference program and on the conference website.
- Conference Tote Bag Insert: Include one promotional item or brochure in the official conference tote bag distributed to all attendees.
How to Apply:
To apply for an exhibitor space, please complete the Exhibitor Application Form by November 1, 2024.
- Step 1: Complete the Exhibitor Application Form.
- Step 2: Await confirmation of approval within 7 business days.
- Step 3: Once approved, a specialized registration link will be sent to you for payment and to finalize your exhibitor space.
Tote Bag Inserts Guidelines:
- Size Limit: Brochures or promotional items must not exceed 8.5″ x 11″.
- Quantity: Provide a minimum of 200 items to ensure inclusion in all attendee bags.
- Deadline for Shipping Materials: All items must be received by November 10, 2024.
Additional Information:
- Electrical Needs: Exhibitors requiring electricity should indicate this on the application form. Additional fees may apply.
- Shipping Materials: If you plan to ship materials to the venue, please contact us for shipping instructions and handling fees.
- Cancellation Policy: Exhibitor cancellations must be made in writing by November 10, 2024, to receive a full refund.
